We offer residential solar systems, commercial solar solutions, industrial installations, energy consulting, after-sales support, and cleaning and maintenance. Descriptions on this website are for general information. The exact scope of any work is set out in the written quotation or agreement we give you.
Quotations and proposals
- Quotes are based on the information you give us and our site assessment.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change after that.
- Final pricing may change if the site conditions, system size, or your requirements change.
- A quote is not a contract until both sides have agreed to it in writing.
Orders and payments
- Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated in your quotation or agreement.
- Work or equipment orders may begin only after we receive the agreed advance.
- Late payments may delay the project or support services.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable once equipment has been ordered for you. This will be stated in your agreement.
Installation and site access
- You agree to give us safe and timely access to the site.
- You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the installation.
- You are responsible for any permits or approvals that need to come from you, such as society or building approvals. We will help where we can.
- Timelines are estimates. Weather, equipment supply, approvals, and site conditions can cause delays.
Net metering and approvals
If net metering or other utility approvals are part of your agreement, we will help with the process. The final approval is decided by the utility or the relevant authority, not by us. We cannot guarantee approval or its timing.
Warranties
- Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment carry the warranty of their manufacturers.
- Our workmanship warranty is the period stated in your agreement.
- Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized changes or repairs, lightning, floods, fire, or other events outside our control.
- Warranty terms and periods are in your agreement or the manufacturer’s warranty documents.
Performance and energy savings
Solar output depends on sunlight, weather, shading, dust, and how the system is used. Any figures we share on production, bill savings, or payback time are estimates only, not guarantees.
Maintenance and cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance help keep your system working well. Our maintenance services are provided as described in your agreement. Failing to maintain the system may affect its performance and may affect your warranty.
Cancellations and refunds
You can ask to cancel a project in writing. Refunds, if any, depend on the work already done and the equipment already ordered or delivered. Details are stated in your agreement.
Using our website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for anything unlawful.
- Try to harm, hack, or disrupt the website or its security.
- Copy, collect, or misuse content from the website without our permission.
- Send false or misleading information through our forms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the RNT Solar name, logo, text, images, and designs, belongs to RNT Solar or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
